My first blog spot

This is my very first blog spot and I think I will start out with tracking my physical body transformation through exercise. I've been working out with weights for awhile and just recently went to a personal trainer and found out that my body fat is at 31%, I'm not happy with that and want to get it down around 23%. I also recently purchased the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" and can't wait to get started on the workouts.

I have been in exercise for quite some time off and on. Now I want to make it part of my daily life as well as eating clean because from what I hear and have read it's the biggest part of fat loss and that's what I want to lose.
